The owner of this three-room apartment immediately made an impression on Anastasia Kuznetsova. “She is a person with an extraordinary taste in clothes and a craving for everything beautiful – she often goes to exhibitions, loves vintage, collects hats and Soviet porcelain,” says the author of the project. — At the first meeting, she said“ “I want a yellow living room, leopard print and a golden kitchen.” Juggling colorful images and juicy shades, the designer created a multi-layered and very hedonistic interior.

Once a family with children lived in the apartment, but now it has turned into a spectacular urban “base” for an independent woman who spends warm months outside the city. At the request of the hostess, one of the rooms was turned into a dressing room, and the layout was left unchanged — only the bathroom was combined and slightly enlarged. “Thanks to the dressing room, all the living rooms won: we left one small wardrobe for outerwear in the hallway, there is no storage space in the bedroom at all,” says the designer.

“My main source of inspiration was the customer herself and her bright images, but I also turned to natural motifs so that the multicolored interior would not become too pockmarked, kitschy or glamorous”” says Kuznetsova. All the wishes of the hostess came true: the designer covered the walls of the kitchen with wallpaper with a potali effect, painted the living room yellow, used wallpaper with an ornament of leopard figures in the hallway. A black-and-white mosaic carpet became an element connecting the variety of patterns in the living room. Its gradient pattern is perfectly combined with tropical curtains, and with the optical upholstery of the couch, and with a single-color sofa of an emerald shade.
