A modern interior with an abundance of light and a beautiful courtyard in the project of designers from the studio Síol Studios.

San Francisco has a new location for filming, exhibitions, lectures and other events. The multifunctional space called Four One Nine is located in a spacious mansion, the interiors of which were designed by designers from the American studio Síol Studios.

The rooms of the modern building are filled with sunlight thanks to panoramic windows and large skylights in the sloping roof. The living room-study on the second floor of the house became the most residential and cozy space, which can be reached by a monumental staircase with a fence made of metal rods. The designers painted the walls and ceiling of the room in a milky white color, and the view of the courtyard with spectacular vertical landscaping was decorated with a graphic black frame.

The tone of the interior is set by an abstract carpet in pastel colors and a streamlined sofa upholstered in boucle, which is complemented by a pair of artistic tables. Small meetings can be held at a desk in the center of the room, and a shelving built into the wall assumes the presence of two individual workstations.

The spacious courtyard serves as an additional open-air living room. The authors of the project engaged landscape designers from Habitat Horticulture studio to work on it, who arranged a vertical garden, a small pond with a pebble bottom and a boardwalk.

On the ground floor of the building there are functional halls for filming and exhibition projects. Versatile spaces with good lighting and white walls also include a practical and photogenic kitchen with wooden facades and an apron in white mosaic. Neutral coworking interiors are enlivened by modern paintings and expressive pieces of furniture.
