The interior strongly depends on the time of year — and it’s not just about changing the decor. Both the light and the weather affect: if life boils in summer, then it really freezes in winter. And this calm and relaxed atmosphere is felt even in the photos.

House in the forest according to the project buro511, 210 m2
From all the windows of this house there is a view of the snow-covered century-old pine trees. Therefore, it would be a crime to cover it with curtains. Moreover, the life of the owners is completely private — the territory is surrounded by a high fence.
The authors of the project believe that the house they built for their client reflects his inner world one hundred percent: he is as ambiguous, complex and emotional as his owner.

House with panoramic windows designed by Horomystudio
Horomystudio architects Olga Vetosheva and Eduard Zakharov designed a house with panoramic windows covering all sides of the world. Therefore, on clear days, which are not so frequent in the Leningrad region, the sun smoothly passes from one room to another. Residents can also ply in the same way: a circular layout has been created on the second floor without a single dead-end space. There are almost no walls here, and instead of paintings there are fascinating panoramas of the forest.

On the ground floor of the house there is a patio with a fireplace and heaters, as well as a semi-enclosed space where you can warm up with tea from the samovar without going up to the house, and then continue walking through the forest.

Home spa in the Moscow region designed by Irina Dymova
This house is not for permanent residence — it is rather a guest wing and a home spa. Therefore, everything here is created for relaxation and comfort. In the recreation room and small living room, floor-to-ceiling windows look at the evergreen forest, and the colors of pine needles and moss have made their way into the interior. As the decorator tells us, customers have children growing up, so she wanted to add a little fabulousness.

Apartment in an old Moscow house, 90 m2
The ideal location of the table in terms of lighting is by the window. But working or studying with a view of falling snowflakes is almost a test. The snow-white landscape outside the window is emphasized by the situation — the walls and ceilings in all rooms are painted white, and the color accents are neatly arranged with the help of individual objects, textiles and works of art.

Ground floor apartment, 70 m2
The first floor is perceived as a disadvantage, but in the process of renovation, the designers managed to turn it into a plus. Firstly, it turned out to coordinate the transfer of the bathroom to the place of the kitchen, as a result of which the bathroom acquired natural lighting and a good volume. Secondly, the windows of the living room, bedroom and bathroom overlook a quiet courtyard with old trees. The ground floor, the paws of pine trees in the window opening – all this creates a “suburban” mood in the apartment. The designers decided to emphasize it: they made the interior monochrome and put chairs in white canvas covers near the dining table, simple and elegant.
